The product must be identical and brand new in the box.

The product must be in stock or readily available from an authorised national Australian vendor. This means products advertised on auction sites, group buying sites, clearance sites, ebay, daily deals sites are not eligible. Run-out stock, grey imports, or products from wholesale distributors are also not eligible.

The price must be publicly advertised within the last 14 days. Appliances Online DOES NOT beat price any products displayed on auction websites, group buying sites, clearance sites, ebay, daily deals sites.

The final price must include all costs, including any shipping charges or additional fees. If the advertised price is for pick-up only, we reserve the right to charge a delivery service fee. If the price includes services we don't provide, we will still beat the price, but may not provide the additional services.
