At Appliances Online, we’re all about providing Legendary Service. So if you change your mind about an appliance, we’ll help make things right.
If you contact us within 14 days of your appliance delivery, you can arrange it to be exchanged for a similar product, or return it for a credit towards your next appliance purchase.
If you change your mind about an appliance, it can be exchanged once only. Further free exchanges/returns due to a change of mind are not available for replacement products – please select your replacement items with care!
Products sold under an agency agreement are excluded from this arrangement as they are sold subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. These include products from the following brands: Asko, V-ZUG, Falcon, St George, and Speed Queen.
Credits and exchanges are for the full value of your returned goods only, and do not include the cost of installation services or prepaid vouchers. Additionally, large appliances which have been installed will need to be disconnected prior to collection.
If you choose to return your appliance for credit with Appliances Online, you will receive this credit as a voucher code to use at the Appliances Online checkout.
Appliances Online is entitled to charge a restocking fee if the products are not returned like new, such as:
If your goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge by contacting email@example.com.
If the return request is deemed unreasonable, our normal replacement services apply.
After 14 days but within 30 days from delivery, you can still request a return, but a 20% re-stocking fee will apply, provided the products are returned in accordance with these conditions.
After 30 days we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a "consumer" under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:
"Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law ("Consumer Guarantees"). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."
