    Rangehoods can overwhelm kitchen spaces but the slide-out design, and the option to exchange the fascia front panel, enables you to maintain your kitchen’s unique aesthetic. The LED lighting lets you see clearly and monitor your food closely while it cooks. Maintaining your rangehood requires minimal effort thanks to the removable micro-mesh filters. These are designed to be dishwasher safe, or you can simply wash by hand for your convenience.

Our installation fees apply to like-for-like installations, which means no modifications to cabinetry are required. This allows for a straightforward in-and-out process by a qualified installer. Please note that your Slim Jim is an older model that has undergone several modifications since its release, particularly concerning its overall height and depth. Since it is ducted, the installer will need to verify that the ducting is compatible with the outlet for the new model. I recommend scheduling an on-site inspection, which incurs a small fee. If you choose to proceed with the installation afterwards, this inspection fee will be deducted from the total quotation.     I have a Westinghouse slideout model WRD910IW. Dimensions wise can it be replaced by the new Westinghouse Slideout model WRR904SB? Is the new model noisier or brighter than my old model? Leong · 2023-12-10
    Hello Leong, Thank you for this product question, sorry to say that we don't have any information about this old model's dimensions, you may have the check with your installer to check the space that you currently have available, in saying this with most older models your cupboard is designed to suit that old series and generally when you change or upgrade your rangehood there is going to be some sort of alteration needed, you have the check not only the rangehood dimensions you need to check the height of the slide-out fascia panel as these vary with all brands and models. In regards to the new series, these are stronger in air movement and have LED more energy-efficient lighting, please check with your installer about installation options.
