Submitting a Review

Customers can submit a star rating, written review and optional photos for products they have purchased. You may be invited to leave a review via email following your purchase, or you can submit a review via your account. To help protect your privacy, please ensure any photos or content you upload do not include personal or identifying information (such as addresses, street signs, or other location details).

Your Review Content

By submitting a rating, review, photo or other content (“Review Content”), you agree that:
  • Your Review Content reflects your genuine experience and honest opinion of the product;
  • You own or have the necessary rights, permissions and consents to submit the Review Content; and
  • Your Review Content is not confidential or proprietary.
  • You grant us, our related entities and our third party providers (including Bazaarvoice) a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display your Review Content in any media, including marketing and promotional materials.

We may display your first name, initial, location or other non-identifying attribution alongside your review at our discretion.

Review Collection & Moderation

We will publish both positive and negative reviews, provided they comply with our moderation guidelines and applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or decline to publish any review which does not comply with these terms or our moderation guidelines. Where possible, we may edit content to remove non-compliant elements (such as personal information or service-related comments) without materially altering the overall meaning of the review.

Moderation Guidelines

Reviews must comply with the below guidelines:
  • Be relevant to the product and based on your genuine experiences using the product;
  • Not include any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene, profane, abusive or discriminatory content;
  • Not include any spam, advertising or promotional material;
  • Not include any URLs or external links;
  • Not include any personal information (e.g. phone numbers, email or residential addresses) which could identify you or anyone else;
  • Not mention competitors or the specific price you paid for the product;
  • Not include any content unrelated to the product (e.g. delivery or customer service complaints); and
  • Be submitted for the correct product.

Don’t break your back moving that old fridge or oven, our strong delivery team will remove and recycle your old appliances free of charge. We offer this service for any old appliance – we just ask that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go when our team arrives with your new appliance. And if it isn’t disconnected on delivery day, no sweat, we can come back to pick it up when it is.
