FEEFO is an online, independent feedback service. It gives customers an independent space to review their experience of dealing with an online supplier. The appeal of FEEFO is that anyone can access the feedback of previous customers. It also uses this feedback to display the up-to-the-minute status of a supplier.
Appliances Online began its partnership with FEEFO in late 2009.
Our customers receive two email queries from FEEFO*. The first email, received within two weeks after purchase, concerns our delivery service. The second email, received no sooner than 90 days after purchase, concerns how the product is working.
All customer appraisals lodged through FEEFO are returned to us. Those that we deem informative and reflective of our customers' experiences are posted on our website. Controversial comments and those of a highly subjective nature are not published on our website. For example, a comment written in anger about a brand new appliance that is malfunctioning is not published if we had immediately moved to fix the problem. Appliances Online proudly stands by its strong customer service record and is always looking for ways to improve.
