This "Samsung QLED TV Qantas Points Promotion" is governed by the Terms and Conditions, available at www.samsung.com/au/qled-qantas/tandcs. To earn 5 Qantas Points per $1 spent, you must:

1. 1. Make sure you or your business are eligible to claim by reviewing the Terms and Conditions
2. 2. If you are not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member or a Qantas Business Rewards member, follow the link to ‘join for free’
3. 3. Purchase any participating Samsung QLED TV (by making payment in full) from a participating retail store between 9 May 2017 and 2 July 2017.
4. 4. Visit www.samsung.com/au/promotions/qled-qantas
5. 5. Follow the prompts and login to your user account (if an account has not yet been set up, register for either a personal or business account);
6. 6. Input all requested details including your purchase information and either your Qantas Frequent Flyer member number and surname if you are a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, or the ABN registered to your Qantas Business Rewards membership account if the claim is being made in respect of your business;
7. 7. Upload a copy of the original tax receipt;
8. 8. Provide the product serial number and upload a photo of the serial number; and
9. 9. Submit the fully completed online claim form within 6 months of purchase.
