How to claim bonus rebate:

  1. Purchase an eligible Fisher & Paykel front load washing machine between 23 July 2016 to 03 October 2016 and be eligible to receive up to $100 rebate.
  2. Complete the online registration form, by including your personal and purchase details.
  3. Claimants must supply the following information: Contact details - name, address, daytime contact phone number, bank account details and serial number(s) of your qualifying product(s) on your proof of purchase.
  4. Upload a copy of your proof of purchase - a receipt/tax invoice indicating the date of purchase, model(s) purchased and showing that the balance on qualifying product(s) has been paid in full.   5. Registrations close at 9.59pm (AEST) on 03 January 2017 after which no further claims will be accepted.
