If you don’t, no problem - we’ll come pick up your item for free and rehome it responsibly, and you’ll be given a store credit for the invoiced value to spend on another piece of furniture from the Ostro & Kalona range, excluding leather pieces. We just ask that you keep your item in good condition during the trial.
Here’s why we can offer this: We know how well made our furniture is. Simply put, we haven’t cut corners in production, and because of that, we’re confident that you’re going to love it.
We just ask that your furniture be kept in good condition during your 14 day trial period for the trial to remain eligible.
