How to claim rebate:
- Purchase a qualifying LG OLED TV between 2nd November 2015 and 2nd December 2015
- Purchase a rebate product within 15 days of purchase of the qualifying product. The rebate product must be purchased from the same retail chain.
- Register your claim by no later than 31ST DECEMBER 2015 through the online redemption form, including your personal and purchase details.
- You will then be prompted to upload a copy of your purchase receipt. Alternatively, a copy of your receipt can be mailed to: LG Home Appliance Promotion PO Box 629, Eastern Suburbs Mail Centre, NSW 2004
- All claims must be registered by 31ST DECEMBER 2015 to be considered
