Frost Free Chest Freezers – Real or Imaginary?

Do frost free chest freezers exist or are they just wishful thinking?
Chest freezers are great for storing large items which won’t fit inside a normal freezer and also if you like to store large amounts meat or fishing bait for a long period of time. A lot of people often ask if there is such a thing is frost free chest freezers and if so, where they can get them.
Chest freezers are not frost free but they do not collect a lot of frost. They also have a defrost drain system, whereby once every 18 months, you just unpack the freezer, turn it off and all the excess frost will drain out the drain hole at the bottom of the freezer.
All this is very easy and would take no more than an hour.
Hopefully, frost free chest freezers will be invented soon!
