Appliances Online wins major awards at the 2026 ORIAS

Another big night for Appliances Online! We’re incredibly proud to announce that Appliances Online has taken home two major honours at the 2026 Online Retail Industry Awards, better known as the ORIAS.

Customer Service Excellence winner

The ORIAS recognise outstanding achievement, innovation and customer experience across Australia’s online retail industry. To be recognised in two categories that sit so closely at the heart of what we do makes these wins especially meaningful.

The Best Pureplay Retailer category recognises online-first retailers that demonstrate strong performance across merchandising, service, website functionality and the overall customer experience.

For Appliances Online, being named Best Pureplay Retailer is recognition of the entire shopping journey - from helping customers find the right product online, through to delivery, connection, removal and support after the sale. Since launching in 2005, our focus has always been to make buying appliances as easy and stress-free as possible. That means offering a wide range of products, clear and helpful information, dependable service and support from real people whenever customers need it.

The award also reflects the work of teams right across the business, including our website developers, product specialists, customer support teams, warehouse staff and delivery drivers.
