    Great service and easy to use microwave
    The delivery, unpacking, installation and demonstration of the new machine was exceptional, even the removal of the old microwave and all packaging was great. The machine is easy to use and has a large capacity. The reheat and defrost function is really good.

    I have had one of these microwaves since 2019. From Day 1, it was smelly! it retained the smell of anything that was cooked in it. it also builds up a lot of moisture during cooking/heating. As it is not used daily we put up with its little quirks. we tried changing locations (4 times) but nothing seemed to work. After about 3 years, I noticed small, raised areas developing inside the microwave. These have become small areas of rust. it also doesn't have a timer - which is something I used frequently on previous microwave of 25 years. I have pho tos but cant add them at this stage
