    With the Ascent series of blenders, Vitamix is the first brand to offer blending containers that interact with the ingredients inside them. This SELF-DETECT technology is made possible with wireless connectivity. The blender detects the container you’re using and adjusts its power accordingly, so you’re only using the power required for the recipe. The versatility of the containers allows you to consume your recipe on the spot, store it for later, or have it on-the-go.

    With 10 variable speeds and a pulse function, you can fine-tune your results for the ultimate satisfaction. A digital timer will help you keep track of how long you’ve been blending, so you can remain faithful to your recipes. Available in four colour finishes, there’s an Ascent A2300i blender to complement any kitchen decor.
    SELF-DETECT technology

    With multiple sizes of Vitamix containers available, it can be tough to decide which one is best suited to the task at hand. Using Bluetooth wireless connectivity, the Ascent blender calibrates blending time and performance based on the container you are using. Additionally, interlock technology means the blender won’t start if the lid or container is not fastened correctly.

    Variable speed control

    Whether you’re going for full obliteration or gradual waves of power, this blender gives you a world of autonomy. Choose from 10 speeds using the simple dial control, or choose Pulse for those recipes that need one last bit of refinement.

    Defect out of box
    I have had the Vitamix for less than 2 days. I wanted to use the Vitamix for the first time this morning: the display turns on and shows 3 small lines - - - but nothing else works. After several attempts of getting it to work and seeing error codes E17 and E18 display very briefly, I contacted the shop where I bought it for a replacement.

    Poor Service
    I have had my Vitamix for 2 months. I rated them one star for service on their personal site. They did no bother to reply. I wrote them an e mail regarding the quality of the jug. They didn’t bother to reply. Mind blowing.

    Vitamin 2300i Excellent
    Not taking price into account the Vitamix comes out on top. When the Vitamix arrived it was quickly put to use, starting with fresh fruit smoothies, making our own almond milk,. All aspects of the device were of the best quality, even the plastic canister was as tough as glass.

    We have three models available E310, a2500i and a2300i. Both the a2500i and a2300i have a 2l low profile jug with 1200W motors. They all have a 10 speed setting, the a2500i also has 3 automatic preset options. They E310 is the most affordable, the jug is a little smaller at 1.4L but still gives you the high quality and performance of the Vitamix brand. PatrickF, Appliances Online
