    Oleoclean Pro is a smart semi-pro fryer that automatically filters the oil. Once your frying is done, turn off the appliance and turn the dial to "automatic filtration". When the oil starts to cool down, it will go through a sieve before being drained into the oilbox underneath. Thus, your oil will always be clean and can be used many times. Every time you cook with your fryer, the oil is being filtered by a metallic sieve and that's how you get crispy homemade French fries for everybody.     Fries perfectly. But there are few design flaws that I have noticed after using it couple of time. 1.oil container lid is not sealed/closes properly; so it comes off when pouring oil back into the container.No matter what you do oil leaks and make a big mess. 2.Also ,when the timer turns off;heating element don't automatically stops heating oil. we have to turn it off from on/off button.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few months ago, best thing i could have purchased! It cooks perfectly everytime. Amazing product, great features that include oil box for storage, automatic oil filtration : drains and filters the oil for you so you don't have to and it allows me reuse my oil. Dishwasher safe!

    Hidden danger in the design could cost your whole
    I would give negative 5 stars if possible. Be warned, the instructions do not mention anywhere that the oil container is a cheap clip together item that can randomly pop open while refilling the appliance. Dumping its contents all over your kitchen and possibly other appliances. I now have to replace an expensive steam oven and have half of my kitchen rebuilt .costing $1000s.. I will never ever even consider any products from this company. Good luck.
