When your delivery arrives, you (or your nominated representative) must be there to sign for it, and your driver will sight your photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase. For AV products purchased with a credit card, the cardholder must be there when delivery takes place. If for some reason the cardholder can’t be there (e.g., it’s a gift), or the delivery is to a business, please phone us on 1300 004 500 prior to delivery to discuss alternative arrangements.
If you want us to take away the appliance you’re replacing, it must be similar to the new appliance being delivered, and it must be fully disconnected from power, water and gas prior to our arrival.
As we require a physical address, we’re not able to deliver to Post Office Boxes or storage lockers.
