    Gigantic, intelligent, quiet and economical to run
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once installed, I have been very impressed with this machine. However, I think it pertinent to warn folks that it takes two very strong and able-bodied humans a good deal of effort to get this gigantic machine out of its packaging and in situ. If you live alone or are disabled in any way I fear you will struggle without a good deal of well-muscled assistance. The sleek, stylish looks made our struggle worthwhile though. I have also been very impressed by the voluminous capacity of the machine: the drums are mega-huge! This is a very important feature for us as we have super-king-sized bedlinen. Given the capacious drums, it's wonderful that LG have had the foresight to fit bright lights in them so you can easily see a rogue sock or whatever lurking at the back. The machine is all-round rather intelligent as it detects the load and then works out the exact amount of detergent and softener needed by each load and I am therefore saving money on each wash because I have always been somewhat overly generous in my detergent dosing prior to now. In addition, because of the large capacity we don't have to do as many wash loads as previously. Not only this but it is oh-so-quiet! There's no hideous noise like a jet engine taking off which you get with some machines. Furthermore, we were amazed that there's no discernible movement in terms of vibrations. Clothes come out clean and fresh-smelling, which the whole point of such a machine. I only have two small niggles: one is that I have to add my powdered Vanish to the clothes in the drum as there's no compartment for that (and they do say not to use powder in the dispensers anyway as that will result in clogging). The second niggle is that we are tall folks so it would probably have been better if we had the option for the washing machine to go on the top with the dryer beneath because we use the washing machine more frequently than the dryer and this would save stooping and bending. Despite these small niggles, we would totally recommend this WashTower.

    Slick & Clever Washing Machine I ever had
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pretty & clever machine is one heck of life changer. First of all, it lights up whenever I open the door, design is so pretty. Easy dispense; bottom washer and top dryer, so many washing options, smooth scroll of menu navigation and even the rubber seal is large but not tough to touch. My favourite part is the capacity, XXL size 19Kg never disappoints the washing result no matter how much it filled.
