    Massive and Silent Tower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its huge and space-saving mighty Tower. The placement of central controller made easy to operate. I love built-in technology which can automatically sense the load weight and set the wash or dry time. The LED Light is innovative where we can see through drum. The fabric softner dispense will pull the liquid as required, this helps not to pour too much softer than required. I like the LG app integration, Monitor wash timings and stay in control from your phone. Moreover engergy monitor feature will help to trace how much kwh the Tower used. After months of use, it is proven to be a great investment, saving weekly trips to the laundromatry. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, smart features, and long-term savings.

    WOW. Blew us away
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG.. you have done it again. Excitement from the minute we placed our order, and still filled with excitement using the machine. The drums are massive, and our first wash was our blankets and it did it with such ease! The functionality is great, easy to use, set and forget. We've used the machine almost every day and it truely doesn't dissapoint. The AI implementation is second to none, detecting your washing loads and applying the correct cycle, detergent amounts, and run times. My husband has very delicate work shirts, and the AI detection makes it so easy and carefree from having to manually select wash cycles and types. Mind you the machine is big, and will need some manpower to manuover it into position. It's sleek, stylish and compliments our laundry well. It's whisper quiet so setting loads and dryer cycles overnight is made easy, wake up and you're load is either dryer ready or wear ready. I love it and have already recommended it to family and friends! LG is one of the most trusted and bang-for-buck brands, we love LG and this washer/dryer is one of our most favourite LG purchases to date.

    Gigantic capacity, intelligent and economical
Once installed, we have been very impressed with this machine. However, I think it pertinent to warn folks that it takes two very strong and able-bodied humans a good deal of effort to get this gigantic machine out of its packaging and in situ. If you live alone or are disabled in any way I fear you will struggle without a good deal of well-muscled assistance. The sleek, stylish looks made our struggle worthwhile though. I have also been very impressed by the voluminous capacity of the machine: the drums are mega-huge! This is a very important feature for us as we have super-king-sized bedlinen. Given the capacious drums, it's wonderful that LG have had the foresight to fit bright lights in them so you can easily see a rogue sock or whatever lurking at the back. The machine is all-round rather intelligent as it detects the load and then works out the exact amount of detergent and softener needed by each load and I am therefore saving money on each wash because I have always been somewhat overly generous in my detergent dosing prior to now. In addition, because of the large capacity we don't have to do as many wash loads as previously. Not only this but it is oh-so-quiet! There's no hideous noise like a jet engine taking off which you get with some machines. Furthermore, we were amazed that there's no discernible movement in terms of vibrations. Clothes come out clean and fresh-smelling, which the whole point of such a machine. I only have two small niggles: one is that I have to add my powdered Vanish to the clothes in the drum as there's no compartment for that (and they do say not to use powder in the dispensers anyway as that will result in clogging). The second niggle is that we are tall folks so it would probably have been better if we had the option for the washing machine to go on the top with the dryer beneath because we use the washing machine more frequently than the dryer and this would save stooping and bending. Despite these small niggles, we would totally recommend this WashTower.
