Parallexx® Airflow is an additional drying feature whereby cool air is drawn in, heated and distributed evenly over the tray resulting in fast drying, retaining of nutrients, and better taste and look of the food, without the need to rotate the tray.
There is refined temperature control thanks to the ‘2 Time / 2 Temperature’ feature. Each zone can be programmed to automatically have a hotter temperature for a short period of time followed by a cooler temperature for the remainder of the time – creating the perfect combination of high-low temperature to preserve the food’s enzymes and to speed up the drying process.

Drying technologies
Hyperwave™ Fluctuation Technology and Parallexx® Airflow both help to retain the enzymes in the food via low food temperature with high air temperature, and with even distribution of heat without needing to rotate the trays during the dehydration process.

2 Time / 2 Temperature
Each zone has this feature which automatically sets up a hotter temperature for a short period of time, followed by a cooler temperature for the remainder of the drying time resulting in faster dehydration.

Clear door
The clear, single pane door has a stylish modern look, and allows you to view the dehydrating process without needing to open the door.

Digital display
There is a fully digital display and a 48 hour timer, providing the ability to easily fine tune temperatures and dehydrating times in an easy to read display.
