Horizontal airflow ensures even coverage throughout the cavity, meaning there’s no need to rotate your shelves during the cycle. Choose from eight precise temperatures - make dough on 35°C, or prepare beef jerky with a temperature of 70°C. Using the countdown timer, you can dry food for as long as 19.5 hours, setting your duration in 30-minute increments. The unit will switch off automatically when the timer reaches zero.

    Countdown timer

    Perfect work horse for my dog treats.
    I have had mine for over 10 years and it hasn't failed me once. I have just bought a second one because I dehydrate dog treats and usually need to do at least 2 loads, a second one will be so helpful in dehydrating so much more. I just want to k ow if I can buy replacement racks because mine are looking a little worse for wear due to staining even though I use silicone liners on them, they still get stained.

    Works ok but annoying beeps.
    Have been using this unit for about 1 year. Seems to work well, we dehydrate fruit and also use it on a low setting to make our own jars of yoghurt. One major negative though is the very annoying 20 loud beeps when the cycle is finished and the unit turns off, it's very loud and annoying such that we have to set the time so that it won't finish during the night, it wakes everyone up. What dumb "engineer" thought that 20 beeps was necessary? It's ridiculous and not necessary there should be a function to turn this off. I also agree with another reviewer that the plastic trays are not what is advertised. Considering the above, I wouldn't buy another one.
