    With six large shelves to work with, it’s easy to do your drying in bulk. You can adjust the shelf height to avoid cramming with larger food items. Horizontal airflow ensures even coverage throughout the cavity, meaning there’s no need to rotate your shelves during the cycle. Choose from eight precise temperatures - make dough on 35°C, or prepare beef jerky with a temperature of 70°C. Using the countdown timer, you can dry food for as long as 19.5 hours, setting your duration in 30-minute increments. The unit will switch off automatically when the timer reaches zero.

    The Sunbeam Food Lab Food Dehydrator will serve as your very own food preservation station. It’s a great appliance for those who want nothing to go to waste.
    Countdown timer

    Ideal for those with busy schedules, you can use the 19.5-hour countdown timer to prepare your favourite treats while you are at work, out running errands, or even while you sleep. The unit will automatically switch off at the conclusion of the cycle.

    No tray rotation required

    The horizontal drying action results in even drying from back to front. You won’t have to worry about rotating your trays, and you can enjoy your dried food without any icky moisture spots.

    Eight temperature settings

    This dehydrator features eight temperature settings, ranging from 35°C to 70°C. Use the lower temperatures for making dough, drying flowers, or for culturing yoghurt. Turn up the heat for recipes such as fruit rolls and beef jerky.

    Six large drying trays

    With six large drying trays, you can dry a smorgasbord of fruits in one go for greater time and energy efficiency. Remove shelves to make room when leavening bread or culturing yogurt, or when drying a generous bunch of grapes.

    Great Family Dehydrator
    I bought this Dehydrator a few years ago and it has been great, it is really effective at dehydrating grapes beef jerky and mushrooms, 10/10 will buy another one in 25-30 years.

    Good but need to be improved.
    Very happy with it, it does the job. However, there are somethings need to be improved. First of all, the plastic racks are really hard to clean due to small corners and edges, not sure why they designed this way, it is so annoying. Second, the biping sound right after it runs out of time is so loud and lingering, not necessary at all. Otherwise, this is good product.
