Hyperwave™ Fluctuation Technology allows the temperature of the food to stay low enough to keep the enzymes active and the air temperature to be high enough to dry the food quickly for faster, better, safer dried foods. Parallexx® Airflow is an additional drying feature whereby cool air is drawn in, heated and distributed evenly over the tray resulting in fast drying, retaining of nutrients, and better taste and look of the food, without the need to rotate the tray. There is also a refined temperature control thanks to the ‘2 Time / 2 Temperature’ feature. Each zone can be programmed to automatically have a hotter temperature for a short period of time followed by a cooler temperature for the remainder of the time – creating the perfect combination of high-low temperature to preserve the food’s enzymes and to speed up the drying process.
The front access control panel allows the unit to be placed under cabinets for easy storage and obstruction-free access, ensuring ease of use and flexibility in placement of the unit.

Each zone has this feature which automatically sets up a hotter temperature for a short period of time, followed by a cooler temperature for the remainder of the drying time resulting in faster dehydration.

Front mounted digital display
The fully digital, front mounted display means it can be stored and easily accessed under a bench or in a cupboard. The 99 hour timer provides the ability to easily fine tune temperatures and dehydrating times in an easy to read display, providing ample time for any recipe.

Double glass doors
The clear, double armoured glass doors have a stylish modern look, are exceptionally durable and allow you to view the dehydrating process without interrupting the drying process.
