Purchase an eligible Haier Dishwasher and receive a 3 month Finish Starter Kit to the value of $44.96RRP.

The Bonus Gift is calculated using Nielsen Homescan data dated 24.12.14 and based on average dishwasher loads in a household in a week. That is, 2.34 loads x 13 weeks (3 months) = 30.42 Tablets. Bonus gift also includes Finish Quantum Tabs 40pack.

The Promotion is available at participating stores nationally and commences on AEST 9:00am1.6.15 and ends on AEST 11:59pm 31.7.15 (“Promotional Period”). Online redemption forms must be completed by AEDT 5.00 pm 31.10.15.

To claim, claimants must:

1. during the Promotional Period, purchase and have paid in full for an Eligible Product from a participating retailer in Australia ("Eligible Purchase");
2. complete the Online Redemption Form including supplying your name, residential address, the serial number(s) of the Eligible Products
3. submit the completed online redemption form and agree to the Terms and Conditions before AEDT 5.00pm 31.10.15; and
4. provide proof of purchase by either: (i) scanning or photographing the purchase receipt showing date of purchase (ii) mailing a copy of the purchase receipt showing date of purchase and and payment in full and uploading it to the online claim form; OR payment in full together with your full name, email address and unique code (provided in your confirmation email) to: Haier Attn: Haier Dishwashing Promotion PO Box 798 Cleveland, QLD 4163

Mailed proof of purchase in accordance with (5)(d)(ii) must be received by the Promoter at the above address by AEDT 5.00pm 07.11.15. No mail will be accepted after this date. The Promoter accepts NO responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and/or claims.

Please ensure you retain your original proof of purchase.

The Promoter will endeavour to send the Bonus Gift to the name and address provided on the online redemption form within 48 days of validating the claim. If your Bonus Gift does not arrive within 48 days, call Haier Customer Care on 1300 729 948.
