Our Delivery Service
We offer three delivery services depending on your delivery location and your order
If you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Newcastle, Canberra or the Gold
Coast
- We deliver with our own trucks from our own warehouse.
- You can request a specific delivery day. However, the following NSW areas have set delivery days: Canberra Tuesday and Friday, Southern Highlands Monday, South Coast Wednesday and Blue Mountains Thursday.
- Our drivers are fully trained in handling all goods.
- Your driver will call on the morning of delivery before 10am with an approximate
delivery window, and will call again 1 hour before delivery (unless delivery is before
11am, in which case the driver will call 1 hour before delivery only).
- If stock is not available from our local warehouse, we may arrange for it to be
delivered direct from an interstate warehouse or direct from the manufacturer, to avoid
delays. (We will let you know, prior to delivery, if this is going to happen.)
If you are in Adelaide or Perth and your order is Electrolux, Chef, Dishlex,
Kelvinator, Simpson, Westinghouse
- Your delivery will come direct from the manufacturer.
- You can request a specific delivery day ($60 Saturday delivery charge).
- Your delivery driver will be trained in handling all goods.
- If your purchase is out of stock with the manufacturer, or is part of an order which
includes other brands, we may ship it direct from an Appliances Online warehouse. (We will
let you know, prior to delivery, if this is going to happen.)
If you are outside the areas above
- Your delivery will come from an Appliances Online warehouse via Allied Express or
Allied Express contracted agents.
- You can request a specific delivery day which we will endeavour to meet, however
depending on location this time may need to be adjusted.
- You can follow your delivery online using a 'Track and Trace' service. Or simply call
us on 1300 000 500 and we will be happy to track it for you.
How much will your delivery cost?
- For most items to most places, delivery is free.
- Otherwise delivery is priced on a per product basis.
- Enter your suburb or postcode via the "Change Your Delivery Location" link in the top
right of the page, then view the product you are interested in to see the delivery cost.
- The delivery cost is displayed below the product price.
Can you request a delivery time or day?
- Appliances Online generally delivers Monday to Friday up until about 5pm.
- Next weekday delivery is usually available on orders place before 3pm.
- You can request a delivery day on the checkout page that we will endeavour to meet, however, depending on your location this time may need to be adjusted.
- Due to our high volume our deliveries are on a set run and therefore it is not possible
to request specific times
- For convenience we can give an estimated time for the delivery (usually a 2 hour
window).
- A courtesy call before the delivery can also be arranged, this can be requested in the
delivery instruction box when placing the order.
- We are able to offer after hours and saturday delivery on Electrolux, Simpson,
Westinghouse, Chef and Dishlex products in most metro areas, these deliveries are charged
at a flat rate of $60 per order.
Do we have stock?

When a product is shown as in stock
we have stock in our warehouse, available for next-day delivery.
- If you enter your postcode, the stock level shown will be for the warehouse specific to your location.
- When a product is shown as available
we have low stock in our warehouse, or are out of stock. Stock is normally available from the manufacturer with a short lead-time. Please call us on 1300 000 500 for more information.
