Hi , We just received delivery of a dishwasher that we purchased online about a 2 weeks ago. The item at the time of out of stock, however i was promptly contacted and advice that there was a bit of a delay and that the item purchased would be delivered the following week. I really want to make special mention of the helpfulness of Will - the gentleman whom I spoke to when I rang to enquire about dishwashers - he was courteous and honest in both conversations we had -he assisted in my choice - instilled confidence in going with Appliance Online and was never ever pushy. He arranged the whole thing and I'd like to thank him. 

I also want to thank the delivery man, Jeremy - he was pleasant and very efficient. Upon installing my dishwasher he noticed I had a bracket missing from a shelf under my kitchen sink and he secured it for me! How kind. And he even cleaned up under the old dishwasher when he removed it - how nice. He did a great job.

Well there you go - 10/10 for service! And your website is good too - very informative.

"Too good to be true"

The Bosch Dishwasher that I chose is the absolute best dishwasher ever. I researched for months and was almost going to buy the Fisher & Pakyl but I really did want a Bosch but didnt want to pay too much. Reviews were mixed amongst the cheaper Bosch range however every concern that I had was unfounded. If anyone ever tells you a Bosch Dishwasher does not dry the dishes - they have got it all wrong. With regard to service by AOL - I ordered and it was at my doorstep within 48 hours, old model taken away as well as all packaging. It is all too good to be true.....but it is TRUE. I know because I read it was going to be that easy but I never believed that from way over in Perth it could happen like that. Give it a go - that is all I can say. BTW - the Samsung Beer fridge works a treat too and this was only an afterthought.

I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber!
