Best price, fast and fantastic service
We bought a Westinghouse side-by-side on Wednesday and had it delivered and installed by 10:30am Thursday. The telephone support when I rang about a problem was superb and fast. And the delivery guys were FANTASTIC. The delivery guys wrestled the huge old fridge down the stairs, took the doors of the new fridge to squeeze it into the room it was going into, put it all back together and took all the packing with them- 30m for start to finish. Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices.
