Peter, I am writing to pass on my appreciation as to the assistance I received with a recent order from Jay Coleing. My initial order became unavailable and Jay ensured that a suitable alternative was found, in addition to this she chased up the location and made the necessary arrangements to get it delivered in time to enable it to be installed by our pre-booked electrician. The fact that the above happened was appreciated, but the fact that Jay called on numerous occasions to keep me informed of the process and any issues was an unexpected and gave me confidence that everything that could be done was being carried out.
