Speedily and efficiently executed

Rare thing to experience these days
We purchased our washing machine through 'Appliances Online'
over the phone. Although there was a mix up at first about
the machine being in stock and then not in stock, the
customer representative (a lady, who's name I cannot
recall)kept in regular contact with me and did all she could
to ensure our machine came ASAP, and it did! We were very
pleased.
Only two weeks later, we had a problem with the machine's
seal and it seemed that the manufacturer was claiming that
they were not responsible to fix the issue. Your
representative, Georgia Kia made an A+ effort to help us,
being understanding as well as offering a loan machine until
the problem was resolved. As it turned out the machine was
fixed, under warranty and seems okay for now but I felt that
my gratitude to Georgia needed to be mentioned to the
management and/or Directors of 'Appliances Online' . Georgia
made me feel like someone cared about what was

Make me feel like a valued customer
I want to say a BIG thank you to Colin for going to so much to make me feel like a valued customer, my Samsung combo didn't dry the clothes and he didnt hesitate to have a replacement sent out immediately. I now have beautiful clean, dry clothes and feel I have satisfaction with the product I almost wrote a bad report online about in one of those product feedback forums, if anything Collin gave me faith in Samsung again, simply by using old fashion customer service.. Initially people around me told me to be wary of purchasing anything of that value over the internet, but after I had Collin look after me with that personal touch, I will gladly recommend Appliances Online to anyone thinking of purchasing an appliance. I cant speak high enough of how happy I am now.
