A pleasurable and easy experience
I just wanted to thank appliances online for their prompt delivery of my new fridge yesterday. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and teh guys who delivered it were just fantastic. They phoned me when they were 20 minutes away, moved in the new fridge with no complaints (my house can be hard to access with furniture), they unpacked the new fridge, set it up, and took the old one awaywith no issues whatsoever. It is so rare these days that people deliver on tehir promises and make buying whitegoods a pleasurable and easy experience. Delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked
I've never bought applicances online before, and was a bit apprehensive, particularly as I wanted it delivered to a different address. I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner to be delivered to my sister. She lives in a rural area near Echuca. The transaction went through smoothly, and you delivered the goods on exactly the day I asked for. My sister has been very unwell, and unable to use her normal vacuum cleaner. Exactly how I like it
My parents told me they bought a new dryer online from AppliancesOnline. I was amazed because they never buy anything online. When we needed to replace our washing machine we looked at the prices of our local stores and I then decided to check AppliancesOnline. AOs price was $10 more than our local store but it included free delivery, free installation and free removal of the old machine. They were able to deliver it the next day. Amazing. The instructions for delivery were very clear and detailed. Exactly how I like it. None of this "it will get there when the it gets there". They arrived on time and installed it cheerfully. I had one issue. The website failed three times (Internal Server Error) so I had to call the 1300 number. Colin answered within 30 seconds and was very helpful.
