Within 10 minutes the new machine was connected and ready to go, with the old one on a trolley on the way out of the house. I haven't used the machine as yet but we just upgraded from our old LG so I'm sure it'll be just as good, if not better - and with a 10 year standard warranty, I don't think we'll have many if any problems.
