The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. Appliances Online were probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The prices were the cheapest that I could find which is the reason I went with their products. However, the contact made on the day of delivery and the impeccable service of the installation of my appliances were most impressive. Have referred to my friend and she had exactly the same experience. Appliances Online have restored my faith in the retail business and encouraged me to buy on line more often. A special mention must go to a gentleman by the name of LUKE who on several ocassions was the unlucky guy that took our phone call and guided us every inch of the way with measurements regarding our cook top and wall oven.
