I just wanted to congratulate you on the outstanding service provided by your delivery staff Ciaran and Tomar. Not only did they haul my washing machine swiftly up a very challenging staircase, they showed a high level of skill, lateral thinking and professionalism in fitting the machine, which turned out to require removing a cupboard door and replacing it afterwards. They were swift, careful, clean and tidy and never raised an eyebrow to suggest the extra efforts might have been annoying at one of their first deliveries for the day. Truly outstanding. It was my first time buying a brand new fridge and it has to be one of the easiest things I have ever done. I purchased the 394L Samsung SR394NW on a Thursday and chose to have it delivered the next day and to my surprised it was actually delivered to my front door on Friday! I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator so the friendly delivery men brought it up 3 flights of stairs, removed the cardboard box from the fridge and placed it in my kitchen exactly where I wanted it! I will definitely purchase white goods again from applianceonline and not to mention their prices are competitive with the same type of warranty that retail offers.
