    The winnings lady who assisted us online was exceedingly helpful and fully supported us with our product issues. After consecutive delivery of this tap, both were damaged supposedly at the warehouse, the third tap proved to be OK. However, after installation it leaked at the gooseneck!!!! Smeg contacted us to arrange a plumber to inspect, which will take place when COVID settles. Too risky ATM. Winnings was wonderful to deal with and would definitely shop there gian but may well avoid any Smeg products in future.
