    Great Product! Free Installation = No Installation
    I'm loving the new Samsung Washer Dryer, though the combined auto wash & dry cycle is a bit long. Appliances Online were good also, until the two delivery men, who were runnning late, took the opportunity to save themselves some time by making up an excuse as to why they couldn't install the washer dryer and to left it in the living room without even unwrapping it. A call to Appliance Online didn't help either. So I, a 25 year old women, was left to unwrap, move and install the washer dryer on my own into a space two men insisted they couldn't. Free Delivery and Installation equals Delivery and no installation!

    Hi I just bought the Samsung washer/dryer I put it on its first wash and wash dry cycle turned it on its been going for 40min and it says it has 6 hours and 23min to go till finished????? Cazy · 2025-07-28
    Hello there, six hours is about how long a full Wash+Dry cycle takes with this machine. You just want to make sure you haven't overloaded the machine (more than 6kg can definitely fit, but the machine isn't designed to be drying anything larger than that; it adjusts times using sensors). Using too much detergent might also be the culprit (the machine will automatically allocate additional rinse cycles).
