This is the third Espresso machine I have owned, I started with Semi commercial manual and moved onto automatic about 5 years later due to convenience. The machine I had prior to this was a Semi Commercial unit with higher specs and more features, but a much higher price tag. Overkill for domestic use, in an average household. This unit has a automatic milk panarello which doesn't do a bad job (make sure you flush directly after last use to keep clean) brew is hot enough even without pre-warm function of higher end model. I would have preferred that the coffee bean holder had a internal second seal (keep beans fresh between grinds). I like the fact that it flushes when warming up and shutting down to clean the brew head. It also has power save function like more expensive model. The brew group is high quality and with proper maintenance and cleaning should last many years. All in all a top little performer that takes up less bench space than other units.

I had been wishing to get a 'bean to cup' coffee machine for months, when I found this one...THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY anywhere! And very easy to use...my 7 year old happily makes coffees to order!
