Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing. He made sure everything worked correctly
I recently purchased a Westinghouse Upright oven from you. I want to thank everyone involved, including Peter Livingston, PLC Electrical. Peter came to disconnect my old oven the night before the new oven was to be delivered. He and his employee carried the old oven out to the front veranda. The oven was delivered early the following morning. Just a quick phone call to Peter to let him know the new oven had been delivered and no sooner had I replaced the receiver Peter was at my door.
