Very smooth process
Hi , We just received delivery of a dishwasher that we purchased online about a 2 weeks ago. The item at the time of out of stock, however i was promptly contacted and advice that there was a bit of a delay and that the item purchased would be delivered the following week. That was the first time that we purchase such a big item online and i must admit that it was a very smooth process. From the website all through to the delivery. Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic television and HDD/DVD player recently and wanted to thank your team for excellent service. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver.
