Within three weeks of purchase the fridge failed (resulting in all the products within being spoiled). I emailed Appliances Online who said despite it failing within weeks of purchase it needed to be assessed by someone to see if there was really a fault and if it could be repaired or replaced before they would replace it which tooks week to organise leaving me without a working fridge during that time (which Appliances Online didn't think was an issue). It was very disappointing service given the fridge was brand new and of cause was found to be faulty with the service technician came out. The service technician and Mitsubishi themselves were very helpful and response once the ball got rolling and I will do as Mitsubishi advised and purchase direct from a retailer rather than online in the future to avoid situations like this where I'm left weeks without a functioning product. Sad to write this review as I've had previous good experiences with Appliances Online but then also I've never had a product fail before like I have in this case. Hoping the replacement fridge doesn't have the same fault, before it failed I loved the fridge and found it great to use, very quiet and having the icemaker was fantastic.

Really love the fridge Fits perfectly on the space Heater he vegetables crisper drawer is brilliant and my fruit and veg are lasting so much better
