    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven has so many functions but the steam is ultimately the best. I would never be able to go back to cooking without steam. Whether you are roasting a chicken or steaming rice you can use the steam to keep in the moisture and still get that crispy skin. The top/bottom function was great for pizzas. I cooked a perfect beef welling using the meat probe and there was no soggy pastry in sight.
