This is the first time that I have used an online company to purchase a major appliance and I have to say it was a very positive experience.I also wanted to mention how much I appreciated the great customer service I received from Brian. I contacted your company yesterday needing a fridge urgently and the fridge I wanted was not in stock. Brian took the time to see what my requirements were and was able to recommend an alternate fridge which could be delivered next day. That is what customer service is all about so thank you. I will definitely recommend Appliances Online to family and friends.Great customer service WONDERFUL ! Our Washing Machine decided it was tired yesterday. Within that time, the old machine has been removed, replaced and a new machine installed! I have 3 young boys and I NEED my washing machine.. Appliances on line have been a God Send. I have not had to leave my house and all aspects of their service as prosmised have been fullfilled. What can I say, their service, professionalism and promises have all been followed through.
