Well below normal retail price
I was hunting a few days on the net checking for best prices and products along with customer service..and by far your site topped them all. I not only purchased a product that was well below normal retail price, but the delivery men were extremely courteous and efficient in their work, and the whole time taken was 48 hours from ordering online to set up in my laundry. Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had. Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. I'm quick to complain when something is wrong, so when I receive first-class service, I think it's only fair to compliment. Your service was faultless. Your prices were the cheapest, delivery free, fitting free, you allowed me to choose the day of delivery, you advised exactly how I would be contacted re delivery. The driver contacted me exactly as you said he would, delivered on time, fitted the appliance, made sure I was satisfied, and left.
