Thanks for your excellent service. When I ordered my new fridge at 6.14 pm last night, I didn't expect it to be delivered this morning. Well done! I was so impressed, I posted the following on my Facebook page. "What great service! Last night, at 6.15, I ordered a fridge from Appliances Online. It arrived this morning at 10.40. How's that for fast delivery (from Sydney, I believe)? Their price was the cheapest I could find. It included free delivery, unpacking and removal of the old fridge. Just a quick bit of feedback. I ordered a Whirlpool Rangehood from you last Friday and it was delivered this morning (the following Friday). I shopped around before I bought from you and I must say that your pricing was very competitive (12.5% cheaper than the best other price) and delivered free. Your service is excellent and the convenience of not having to hassle the deal and delivery is first class. I'll certainly be back when we are in the market for any other whitegoods. I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
