Great idea, but...
Received this as a wedding gift a couple of days ago. Broke on the first use. Not sure what to do now. The dough pusher does not fit properly in the gough nest, and therefore the dough doesn't get sucked into the spiral easily. Also, there is no way to dismantle this product to release the stuck product. It's expensive and now useless. Otherwise, a great idea, to have other types of pasta besides straight cuts (spaghetti, fetuccine and so). I hope I can get a replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a learning curve with this press but here are some tips to be more successful. Use the driest dough you can make, otherwise it will stick together. Feed golf ball sized balls through the chute to make it run smoother, and cut the pasta into a bowl or surface dusted with flour. Attaches easily to my classic plus mixer and lots of attachment options.

Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question, It would depend on how much dough the customer puts through as to the total outcome of pasta. Basically, the customer needs to make a shaggy dough and then feed walnut size balls through until the batch has been finished. The more pasta dough they make, the more pasta it produces.
