A fantastic machine that really simplifies cooking and makes things just easier!

At first the Cook Processor (CP) was intimidating but then i cooked up most of the recipes in the fabulous cook book and then i obtained mastery over it! I can now cook recipes i've never been able to before (such as Zabaglione, Breads, Mayonnaise, Bisque) so i am happy. Also, it has shown me a new approach to all my appliances. The CP is so powerful that i find i do most of my cooking and preparations using it so i will no longer need other appliances (such as a blender, mixer, crock pot, soup maker...sorry KitchenAid!) At speed 10, i think the CP beats any blender! So i'm rethinking my kitchen entirely. Of course, i'd like to suggest improvements to the CP. A scale if possible would be nice. Also, the sound effects are quite symphonious - perhaps less metallic whining if possible? I use mine outside on the patio since i don't like cooking smells in the house. Also, i like the idea that i can take the lid and seal apart for dishwashing cleaning but i notice that the food smells do linger in the molding although i haven't found that they impact any of the food cooked afterwards. The cookbook and instruction manual are excellent. I'd encourage a newbie to do most of the recipes in the book in order to thoroughly understand the CP and be able to adapt your own recipes to it. Of course, i'd love to see new recipes from KitchenAid too. In summary, i love it and i now have a new approach to cooking, preparation and appliances.

Fantastic piece of equipment. Bought because it was better value for money than a thermoix, and we have a large amount of KitchenAid appliances. We were lucky enough ti use them side by side to compare. Very easy to use. Large barrel, easy to clean. Only thing we would find helpful would be the weighing function. Would also appreciate a bigger recipe book.
