2 issues - comfort and charging. The headphones hurt my ears and don't really want to stay in my ears. At one point the rigid, hard ear piece cut my ear. Sweat just makes them have an easier time leaving my ears and irritating my skin. The charging is very random. One bud charges to 100%, the other is at zero after multiple hours charging. Put them back into charge. Check a few minutes later ~ now they are both at 40%. 😑Leave them charging all night, sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. I bought these to workout, so its annoying that they are so unreliable with charging. Sound quality is good, but overall I regret my purchase.

The Reflect mini NC are a Hassle ,To charge has to be in box , then earbuds in box to charge , Easy to loose one or both ,should have like a light weight string , like Fishing line to Connect attached earbuds to each other, To many bells & Whistles , buttons on ear buds are difficult and to disconnect earbuds they have to bring replaced in charge box to turn Off/On . I feel & rather ""have the "" ""Reflect Mini 2"" Much simpler , Ear buds connected to each other ,So one falls out you do not loose No, & charge port on cord that has On/Off Up &Down Volume all together, I have used the Reflect Mini 2 for close to 12 years , Just much Simpler specially if you just want to listen to music or answer your phone one thing I do suggest on the Reflect Mini 2 is to move the microphone from the left ear to the right ear at least in United States because if you drive with widow cracked or rolled down the mic would not pick up road noise or air whistle from drivers side door window,,, Please Bring back Reflect mini 2 & modified move mice to Right ear

Bought two months ago. Right bud always loses its charge way faster than the left. Cleaned both well like in the instructions and still happens. The controls are complicated and not tuned well. Couldn't find any help in the app either. Awful headphones
