Fantastic Quality
This is my second Hisense, I brought a 75” 9 months ago and could not believe how great they are, so I brought a 55” for our holiday house.

Generally Satisfactory, but with reservations.
The Hisense 43 inch 4K 43A7HAU is in general operating satisfactorily, but I am not impressed by the definition - (my 32 inch Panasonic non-4K has equal if not better resolution). And the lack of a comprehensive operating manual is a series omission. In addition to which, fast forwarding is a complex and inaccurate function with the remote control supplied (I am purchasing a replacement). I would not buy a Hisense product again on the basis of my experience with this TV.

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
