I was a little nervous cooking with a pan that isn’t enamel or coated in nonstick but it didn’t even matter. I was able to cook with no sticking and made lomien for the first time. It turned out so good! Everything cooked nicely and seemed to heat evenly. The cover is. A very good fit, and it is heavy but in a good way. I can’t wait to add on and get more pans like these.

The quality of this pan is exceptional if you are familiar with professional stainless steels pans this is a great pan. The way the heat distributed throughout my cooking process was perfect. Heats up quickly. It has a nice heft to it. I made a traditional Mediterranean dish with the pan. There was no sticking, it’s imperative to prep your stainless steel pots and pans to an ideal heat before adding your oils/foods that prevents the food from sticking. I can’t wait to sear some meat and roast in it next. Very nice pan this will easily be a great pan to serve in as well. I love that this is not ceramic and does not have any toxic coating. The clean up wasn’t bad either.

I had to replace a much loved pot after the bottom started to deteriorate, and was a bit leery moving to an all stainless steel. We have a few other Fissler pots which we love, so thought we would try this for sautéing, etc. it’s been great… easier than we thought. And the size is perfect to make a good dinner for 4… with leftovers! Definitely recommend.
