Build quality is exceptional and doesn't have a cheap looking finish that will fail in a couple of years of use. The cooktop is will laid out and will take larger items like Woks without impinging on other cooking hobs.

The convection surface is easy to clean and always looks slick. I like to use silicon mats on the top when pulling dishes, especially heavy ones out of the oven, and resting on top.

The Falcon's vertical doors always "click" securely closed and the jets can be finely controlled. The versatility of dual ovens means you can roast in one and keep food warm in the other or cook at 2 different temps. It heats up quickly, cooks to perfection and is easy to clean. It's everything you could ask for and more. We couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase.
