The vac barely lasted over one year. Still under warranty but shop says it won't be honoured due to "user error". I turn it on and vacuum, there should be nothing to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. When you take the bag out to put a new one in, it takes about 10 mins to make it fit to close again. And then multiple times I’ve had the bag become unaligned/fall out and so the dust all just goes into the cavity and blocks up the machine and takes me half an hour to clean. It’s like there’s a fault with the orange clip inside the bag compartment. Would never recommend this machine.

Finally, I have a solid replacement for my old machine. Yes, it is a bit noisy but the suction is powerful and the results are great. The handle is helpful so I can carry the machine in one hand while vacuuming the stairs with the other hand, Highly recommended.
