All the staff that i dealt with at Appliances Online were friendly and efficient, i received great service and not to mention the most competitive price online for the product i wanted. The delivery guy was also fantastic, we had a little trouble getting the fridge through the door but he dealt with it very well and we managed to solve the problem! Hi John, Just a short note to thank you soooooooo much for your help with our fridge. What a drama it all ended up being! Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated.
