    Great machine, average app
    We upgraded from a 7 year old PrimaDonna machine. We went for another as the last one lasted so long, making 4+ coffee's a day, every day for 7 years. This one is better in most ways, the coffee is hotter (which was a complaint I had about the old machine from day 1), the milk jug is better in every way, and it is easier to keep clean. My one big complaint is the app. It is okay at best, and to make the coffee exactly as I want to make it, I need to customise via the app. It fails to save changes, it is slow and just isn't really great.

    Overall excellent machine and improvement on older models but tiny gripe is that even with the adjustable volume the ratios of coffee to milk (for my taste) are a bit heavy on some recipes. Maybe its an operator issue?

    Very Clean/ Super quick coffee machine.
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Machine!!! We've only had it for about 1 month and I reckon it's almost paid its self off compared to our old more manual coffee machine. - Super quick - Very easy to clean. - Easy to use The only downfall with this machine is that I've had to do 2 descales in the last 1 month, which I think is a bit 2 frequent, but I do use it quiet a bit. I would still recommend to anyone who thinks making a coffee takes to long or is too messy.

    Hi Dom, this one doesn't have a manual steam wand - unfortunately, none of the fully automatic machines have them. However, something like the DeLonghi La Specialista Maestro Premium Manual Pump Coffee Machine Metal EC9865M may be a good equilibrium between semi-automatic and with a steam wand for you.
