Thanks for your excellent service. When I ordered my new fridge at 6.14 pm last night, I didn't expect it to be delivered this morning. Well done! I was so impressed, I posted the following on my Facebook page. "What great service! Last night, at 6.15, I ordered a fridge from Appliances Online. It arrived this morning at 10.40. How's that for fast delivery (from Sydney, I believe)? Their price was the cheapest I could find. It included free delivery, unpacking and removal of the old fridge. The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery.
